1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Integrated Accounting Solutions for professional services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided including tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and business consulting services.
2. Services Provided
Integrated Accounting Solutions provides:
- Individual and business tax preparation and filing
- Bookkeeping and accounting services
- Payroll processing and management
- S Corporation formation and compliance
- Business formation and startup services
- Financial consulting and tax planning
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing complete, accurate, and timely financial information
- Maintaining proper documentation and records
- Reviewing all prepared documents before submission
- Payment of fees according to agreed terms
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law or professional obligations.
5. Fees and Payment
Service fees are based on the complexity and scope of work required. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may be subject to additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for penalties, interest, or other consequences resulting from client-provided information or failure to follow professional recommendations.
7. Professional Standards
All services are performed in accordance with applicable professional standards, including but not limited to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant tax codes. We maintain professional liability insurance as required.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the professional relationship with written notice. Upon termination, client records will be returned upon request and payment of all outstanding fees.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ada County, Idaho.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and communicated to active clients.
