What documents do I need to provide each month?

Bank statements, credit card statements, receipts, invoices, and any other financial documents from the previous month. Upload PDFs or CSV files.

What if my transaction count varies month to month?

Your package is based on average monthly transactions. If you occasionally go over, we charge $1.00 per additional transaction. For consistent overages, we'll recommend upgrading.

Can I start mid-month?

Yes! We'll prorate your first month based on when you start. We can also catch up previous months for $99 per month.

Do I need accounting software?

No! We handle everything. However, if you use QuickBooks, we can provide QuickBooks-ready formats or sync directly for an additional fee.

What if I need to pause service?

You can pause service with 30 days notice. There's a $149 reactivation fee when you resume.

How secure is my financial data?

We use bank-level encryption for all document uploads and storage. Your data is never shared with third parties.

What happens at tax time?

Your books are already organized! We'll provide a year-end summary, and if we also handle your tax preparation, the transition is seamless.
